Sketchbook Time USA Part 3 Toniet Edition

Look, look, look at my sketchbook, won’t you? Here’s some choice nugs from a few sketchbooks back featuring one of my favorite models n’ muse, Toniet Gallego. Check her out, dudes.

See what I mean?

Sketchbook Time USA Part 2

I thought I’d hetero up this page a bit with some objectivation of some women.

Torn from the pages of my sketchbook (my sketchbook that wasn’t stolen out of my car, a few months ago, thank you.)

You may wonder why I’m suddenly so interested in my own sketchbooks. Well, as it turns out, I’ve been scanning sketchbook pages  for use in a prestigious book. Hopefully my marker scrawls and ball point scribbles won’t look too awkward compared to the works of finer artist, who, I don’t know yet.

Meh! Back to the drawing board.

Sketchbook time USA

It’s been a busy time here at Lattaland much to my chagrin.

I gotta lot of projects in the crawl space, but I won’t be able to post them here.

Well, not yet at least.

In the meantime enjoy some sparklers from yours truly.

Ancient Rashy Rabbit in “Mummy Wrap Guarantee”

If You happen to be at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend, be sure to swing by and say hi to J. Chris Campbell and pick up  “Off The Wall Illustrated Tribute to the King of Pop A Comic Con Exclusive” and “The Ancient Age” featuring the Rashy Rabbit story above.

If you can’t make it, you can always download “The Ancient Age” for free here.

See ya in the funny pages, sucker.

Drink N’ Draw July

According to google analytics, my sketchbook pages get the most views over all my other crap (?!?)

Looks like I did a little more Drinking than drawing at the last “Drink And Draw.”

Oh well, there’s always next month.

Off The Wall: Illustrated Tribute to the King of Pop

Have you heard the news? Michael Jackson died. No, we can’t bring him back, but we can celebrate the King Of Pop through comics and illustration with Wide Awake Press’ “Off The Wall: An Illustrated Tribute to the King of Pop.”

This book is gonna be off the chain, boys n’ girls. We got comics and sketches from the likes of Brad McGinty, Sarah Louise Wahrhaftig, Jim Mahfood, Rob Ullman and J Chris Campbell and many, many more of   MJ’s special little ftiends.

Okay, gang. Confession time. So I was never THAT in to Michael Jackson. I liked the videos but I never owned Thriller, however, I am bonkers about Epcot Center so I depicted Jacko in his star performance in the delightfully screwy “Captain Eo.”

It looks like this book will only be available at the San Diego Comic-Con.

Try not to lose too much sleep over this, though. If I know J. Chris like I think I know him, this might surface on the Wide Awake website in downloadable form or  some crap, or my name isn’t Peter Pan!

A Strange Commission

This was a strange commission. It’s supposed to be King Kong in Piedmont Park smelling a sunflower.

Coming soon…

Go on, take a guess!

Tilly’s Avatard

I don’t know much about World Of Warcraft, but I know what I like, and that’s TILLY!
